San Francisco
I live about an hour from San Francisco, so I tend to visit almost every time I'm home from school. My favorite time to go is in the spring, because it's nice and foggy, and the plants are still green from the winter rains. The most common places in SF that I visit are Battery Spencer, an abandoned artillery battery that overlooks the Golden Gate Bridge, and Chinatown. Whenever I have friends from out of town visit, those are the two places I make sure to take them, too.
