INGREDIENTS


INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Soak the rice in water for atleast 20 minutes
  2. Drain the water and blend rice into a fine paste.
  3. Pour milk into the pot and bring it to boil
  4. Change to low flame and add rice paste
  5. Keep stirring for 10 minutes until milk has thickened and the rice is cooked.
  6. Turn off the stove and add sugar ad stir for 1 minute
  7. Add ghee and nuts and mix well
  8. Phirni is now hot and ready to serve!
