INGREDIENTS


INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Wash and cut the two slices of salmon into 4 smaller slices
  2. Coat the slices with 1 Tbsp of melted butter.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger powder and mix thoroughly until the slices are fully coated with all the powders
  4. Set aside the coated salmon for 10 minutes
  5. Place a pan on stovetop on medium heat
  6. After the pan is hot enough, add 1 Tbsp of butter
  7. Change heat to low and then slowly add the coated salmon pieces
  8. Let a side of the salmon cook for 5 minutes, and then cover pan with the lid for 5 mins
  9. Open lid and turn over the salmon pieves
  10. Cover with lid again for 5 minutes
  11. Garnish black pepper and salt over both sides of the salmon pieces
  12. Turn the stove off once salmon is cooked. Spread the mayonnaise over the plate and place the salmon peices on top
  13. Salmon Fry is now hot and ready to serve!
